Studio 3

This was a great combination of underground fine art display and music performance. All the walls where covered by works of Hirokomuta, Don Roller and Brian Rosch. The Coffee House, where Brian set up to do some paintings on site, was filled with live, experimantal low-tech sounds of Dadambiance and Konfussion. The Underground Lounge, where people mostly chatted and danced, was reserved for louder techno music spun by DJs Essential and Saint. The atmosphere was very casual and laid back and yet, a bit energetic (or maybe that's the Sobe talking). It was like a mini rave/art gallery.

I think Phoenix needs something like this at least once a week. Get out there and get exposed to art and new people. Sure beats watching the same old 500 channels of shit night after night!
