"Desire ll" with Afrika Bambaataa, Grandmaster Flash and Adam X (Oct. 31 at the Dome, Phoenix): This past Halloween was what dancing all night is supposed to be like. Hundreds of people wandered in and out of the Dome dressed like everything from Conan the Barbarian to Rainbow Bright. Grandmaster Flash talked too much, but he layed down some fine tracks when he shut up, and Afrika Bambaataa reminded everybody what it meant to get down.
